Our History

Concept Designs Inc was founded in 1993 by Louis Hsiao after finishing his graduate degree in Product Design from Stanford University. Applying the design thinking approach to retail challenges has produced several award-winning and innovative solutions. Combining a strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge with a strong sense of design, the Concept Designs team has repeatedly won several POP design competitions and provided unique retail solutions for their clients.

Concept Designs strives to produce high-value solutions to display challenges while providing unsurpassed customer service. We know that details matter and communication is key to any successful project. With over 20 years of experience, we can apply our retail knowledge and creative approach to help you stand out in the competitive retail landscape.
